Attorney Terry K. Fleming was born in Brownwood, Texas, on September 4, 1947. He received his B.A. from Texas Christian University in 1970. After graduating from TCU, he attended Saint Mary’s Law School and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1973 and was then admitted to the State Bar of Texas. Upon receiving his law degree he worked for the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office as a prosecutor for some time and then went on the establish a private practice exclusively representing personal injury, worker compensation, social security disability and social security supplemental clients. In addition Terry Fleming enjoys handling civil lawsuits and strives to make societal changes for the better. He is a member of Phi Kappa Sigma Fraternity as well as Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Furthermore, he is admitted to practice before The United States Court of Appeals, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas and Northern District of Texas, as well as The Supreme Court of Texas.

Currently, Mr. Fleming resides in Granbury Texas where he also maintains a satellite law office in addition to the Fort Worth office. He has been married for 30 years, has three daughters, two English Bulldogs and a Scottie.
